Although your illustrations are done by computer, you still try to imitate the traditional oil brush stroke style. Why? Digital painting does not have to imitate another method of painting.
Also your digital painting portrait like the Michelle Pfeiffer lack work and good finish. The shadows are poorly rendered. There is a lack of details.

Thanks for taking the time to write a comment! The works you have linked are really awesome, the author also have a bunch of nice tutorials. Believe me, I'm not trying to imitate the oil strikes, in fact I'm fairly new to digital drawing (used to draw using real-world-pencils ) so, I'm more concerned about learning to use the medium rather than imitating anything, despite what it may seem (maybe because I like the drawings with visible strokes). Cheers!
